April 2026 Update
The Government of Pakistan has officially expanded the network of payment centers under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) for the April 2026 payment cycle.
This expansion is designed to make cash collection easier, especially for people in remote areas, while also reducing long queues at major bank branches. The Rs. 13,500 installment is now being distributed through these new centers along with partner bank ATMs.
Types of BISP Payment Centers in 2026
To improve accessibility, payment centers have been divided into four main categories:
- Special Campsites
Temporary setups in schools, sports complexes, and community centers during peak payment days. - BISP Tehsil Offices
Many tehsil offices now offer direct cash withdrawal through dedicated counters. - Partner Bank Agents
Authorized retail agents linked with banks like HBL and Bank Alfalah in local markets. - Union Council Centers
Newly introduced in 2026, these small hubs are created to serve rural communities at the local level.
