The Government of Pakistan has expanded the payment network under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) for the April 2026 cycle.
This expansion is designed to reduce travel distance for beneficiaries in remote areas and ease overcrowding at bank branches.
Payments of Rs. 13,500 are now being distributed through these new centers along with partner bank ATMs.
Types of BISP Payment Centers (2026)
To improve accessibility, payment points are divided into four main categories:
- Special Campsites:
Temporary setups in schools, sports complexes, or community centers during peak payment periods - BISP Tehsil Offices:
Many tehsil offices now offer on-site cash withdrawal counters - Partner Bank Points:
Authorized agents of HBL and Bank Alfalah located in local markets - Union Council Hubs:
Newly introduced centers at the union council level to serve rural communities
How to Find Your Nearest Payment Center
Since campsite locations may change weekly, use these official methods:
- SMS Method:
Send your 13-digit CNIC to 8171 to receive instructions about your designated center - Online Portal:
Visit 8171.bisp.gov.pk and check your eligibility. You may also see a “Locate Center” option - Local Offices:
Visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office or Assistant Commissioner’s office to view updated district lists
Major Cities with Multiple Centers (2026)
- Punjab: Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, Gujranwala
- Sindh: Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpurkhas
- KPK: Peshawar, Mardan, Abbottabad, Swat, Dera Ismail Khan

Important Instructions for Visiting Centers
- Bring Original CNIC:
Payments are only issued with a valid original CNIC—photocopies or tokens are not accepted - Biometric Verification:
Fingerprint verification is mandatory. If it fails three times, visit a NADRA e-Sahulat center to update your fingerprints - No Charges:
All services are completely free. You must receive the full Rs. 13,500 - Timing:
Centers usually operate from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
